The breed of cats Khao Manee truly legendary. In ancient times, in the kingdom of Siam this breed was considered privileged, and to have these cats could only representative of the royal family. Cat Khao Manee belongs to one of the most ancient breeds, and
is also considered a rare breed of cats. Outside of Thailand, Vietnam or
Cambodia, these animals are extremely difficult to find, and they cost a lot. have
not yet recognized Khao Manee as an independent breed, and she does not take part
in exhibitions, it does not interfere with its long history.
Khao Manee is perfect for keeping in the apartment, she is
kind and affectionate with all, needs attention and care, but she gives them
away with excess. These cats are strongly attached to their owner and family,
and therefore for a long time to leave them is not recommended.
The breed of Khao Manee cats has an average physique with
graceful outlines, medium-length ears, slender limbs, and, often, multicolored
eyes. In this case, one eye will be blue, the other - green or amber. Eyes can
be one, pure blue. Life expectancy is about 15 years.

They are moderately playful, active, however, need

color of the wool is white, and the eyes are blue. Since the breed for hundreds
of years was in the same territory and in the same ethnic group, it is
genetically predisposed to a certain diet. Therefore, if you want your pet to
please you for many years, approach the selection of food carefully.
How to take care of Khao Manee cat
These are short-haired cats, so they need to be combed once
a week, and that will be enough. Also, remember that you need to brush your
teeth regularly, at least 3 times a week, as well as if necessary to clean the
eyes and ears of contaminants. Cat Khao Manee needs to bathe every 2 months, or
at will, but too often to bathe is not worth it. The claws can be trimmed every
one or two weeks.
